An offsite works when the group is actually alone together. A hotel gives you a conference room and a bar full of strangers; a private estate gives you the kitchen table at midnight when the real conversation starts.

In Kailua-Kona, Moana Makai and Moana Mauka together sleep thirty in fifteen bedrooms behind one gate, with an oceanfront lanai that seats the whole team and a billiard room for the evening. In Bimini, the Main Estate takes twenty in six bedrooms on a private island twenty minutes from Miami — close enough for a two-night leadership retreat, far enough that phones stop mattering.

What we handle

• Meeting setup — screens, whiteboards, reliable Wi-Fi, a quiet room and an outdoor one
• Catering — private chef for the stay, or a rotation of chefs and restaurants
• Transfers — airport shuttle in Kona, seaplane charter to Bimini
• Activities — manta-ray night snorkel, fishing charters, coffee-farm tours, reef dives
• One point of contact from inquiry to check-out
