Bimini Beach Main Estate is a new 7,800-square-foot residence on Rockwell Island, North Bimini — completed in 2025, held for one party at a time. Six bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a private stretch of the beach that made Bimini famous.

Miami is fifty nautical miles east. By seaplane it is twenty minutes; by boat, a morning. Once you are here there is nothing to do but the things Hemingway came for: the flats, the reef, the Gulf Stream, and the light at the end of the day.

A four-hundred-square-foot guest suite with a queen bedroom and its own bath, a few steps from the Main Estate. It shares the pool, the beach and the staff, and gives one couple a private threshold.
