Family gatherings
Reunions, milestone birthdays, three generations. Enough bedrooms that nobody sleeps on the sofa.
Room for everyone, including the ones who need their own door
Family trips fail on bedrooms. Someone ends up on a sofa, someone ends up in a hotel down the road, and the reunion becomes a series of car rides. These residences were built so that doesn’t happen.
Moana Makai has nine bedrooms — two king masters, three queens, four twin rooms — so grandparents, couples and cousins each get a real room. Add Moana Mauka behind it and the estate holds thirty. Bimini Main Estate sleeps twenty in six bedrooms, with the Hemingway Suite for a nanny, a newlywed pair, or the grandparents who like an early night.
Built for the occasion
- Milestone birthdays and anniversaries
- Reunions — three and four generations
- Weddings and rehearsal weeks with the party under one roof
- Holidays away from home — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
- Multi-family trips with friends who travel like family
What’s taken care of
Cribs, high chairs and stair gates. Grocery stocking before arrival. A private chef for the big nights and a stocked kitchen for the rest. Beach gear, boards, snorkels. Transfers for a group with too much luggage. One person to call for all of it.
